SINGLE ORDER FORM

In the form below, you will be able to enter the information of your Separate Order, in case you notice that, in the quick purchase links of some specific jewel, there are, at that moment, no pieces available in stock.

This form will represent a formal request on your part and, accordingly, the New Byzance Joias team will be authorized to proceed with the invoicing and issue of payment details.

Payment, in this type of single order, comprises the discharge of 50% of the order value upon submission of this form (prior to sending the order to production) and payment of the remaining amount will be due before sending the order to the recipient.

The jewel will be produced, exclusively, only after confirmation of the first payment.

For exclusive orders, according to orders made in this form, the production time is 20 days (after confirmation of the first payment), plus the shipping/delivery time that may vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping method chosen.
