The following are excluded from the warranty: falls, losses, misuse, natural wear and tear of use and time, replacement or breakage of gems or stones, broken chains and bracelets, broken piece, improper use, accidents of any nature and contact with chemical agents that could cause damage to the product.
Jewelry that is outside the warranty conditions, when subject to adjustments/repairs, will be repaired upon payment of the respective service fee and freight, with prior approval of the budget by the customer. Jewels that are outside the warranty conditions and that are not subject to adjustments/repairs will be returned to the customer without prior notice.
The Legal Guarantee, provided for in the Consumer Defense Code, is 90 (ninety) days, counted from the date of receipt of the product and covers manufacturing defects. The Legal Warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse.
With reference to the warranty granted, this includes manufacturing defects, such as cracking of clasps or chains and, in relation to the warranty for the chosen coating, this includes a period of 01 (one) year for the total or partial detachment of the bath, counted from from the date of purchase.
IMPORTANT:
- The aforementioned guarantees (contractual and legal) are not applied to situations of loss (including loss of pegs and other components of the product), theft or theft of the part;
- New Byzance reserves the right to change the New Byzance Warranty Policy at any time, by changing the terms of the quality certificate provided to the customer;
- There will be loss of warranty in case of repair in a commercial establishment other than New Byzance .
