What is the deadline for requesting an exchange or refund?
The period to request the exchange or return is up to 7 calendar days, after the date of receipt of the product.
The return of the product, by the buyer, must occur immediately, after being informed by the seller.
IMPORTANT : Before sending the exchange voucher or monetary refund, the returned product will be analyzed by Quality Control, a process that may take up to 5 business days to complete. If the product does not comply with the conditions listed below, New Byzance will be exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange, and the product will be sent back to the customer without prior consultation.
What are the conditions for exchange or return?
The product must be in the New Byzance case/box, in perfect condition and without traces of use;
The product must be accompanied by a quality certificate and/or warranty term, and the invoice;
Exchange is allowed only once;
If a gift has been sent, it must also be returned together with the product.
How do I request an exchange or refund?
Through the “Exchange and Return Form” option/link, available on the website, or by sending an email directly to Garantia.warranty@newbyzance.com.br. Afterwards, wait for feedback.
What are the ways to send the product for exchange/return?
The shipping method will depend on the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase:
Pickup in store/Delivery: The item must be dropped off at any of our physical stores;
Correios: Via postage authorization code, through the Correios reverse logistics service;
IMPORTANT : The post authorization code will be valid for 7 consecutive days. If the product is not posted within the deadline, the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
What are the refund methods for returning the product?
Credit card: The reversal request process will be carried out, which may take up to 2 invoices to be properly credited. This deadline is the responsibility of the client's card administrator;
Pix, Deposit or Bank Transfer: The amount paid for the product will be deposited into the account within 5 business days. Obs.: The bank details, which must be informed by the buyer by e.mail, must belong to the registration holder on our website.
How does the exchange process work?
An exchange voucher will be available for the value of the returned product to be used in a new purchase on the site;
The value of the new purchase must be equal to or greater than the value of the returned product;
The exchange voucher is linked to the customer's CPF and is valid only for purchases made on the site;
It is not possible to use it in a physical store.
How do I use an exchange voucher?
On your next purchase, in “Payment” just insert the code you received by email in the “Gift certificate” field and click on “Add”;
At the end of the purchase, the value will be automatically subtracted from the total of your purchase;
The term to use the exchange voucher (gift voucher) is up to 30 days;
If the purchase amount is greater than the value of the exchange voucher, the difference can be paid using one of the payment methods available on the site.
